Privacy Policy

PUTURE (“we”) sets out and publishes this policy under Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, to protect the personal information of the people we deal with and to handle any concerns about it quickly and smoothly.

Effective date: 6 October 2026

1. Purposes of processing

We process personal information for the purposes below and for no other. If a purpose changes, we will take the steps the Act requires, such as asking for your consent again (Article 18).

  1. Receiving and answering project enquiries
  2. Arranging video calls or meetings and sending proposals
  3. Preventing misuse of the enquiry service, such as repeated or automated sending

2. Personal information we process

Through the enquiry window on our website we process the following.

We do not collect national identification numbers or sensitive information, and we do not collect the personal information of children under 14.

3. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for the period the law sets or the period agreed when it was collected.

The periods are as follows.

  1. Enquiries: one year from the day of the enquiry
  2. Where an enquiry leads to a contract: as long as the contract and the applicable laws require

4. How we destroy it

When personal information is no longer needed, because its keeping period has passed or its purpose has been met, we destroy it without delay.

We destroy it as follows.

  1. Procedure: enquiries past their keeping period are deleted from the database automatically every day, and their notice emails are deleted from the mailbox within the same period.
  2. Method: electronic records are deleted by technical means that make them unrecoverable.

5. Provision to third parties

We process personal information only within the purposes in Article 1, and give it to a third party only where Articles 17 and 18 of the Act allow, such as with your consent or where a law specifically requires it. We currently give personal information to no third party.

6. Entrusting processing to others

We entrust the following processing to these providers.

Under Article 26 of the Act we confirm that each provider processes the information only for the entrusted work, keeps it safe and does not pass it on, and we oversee that they do.

If the work or the providers change, we will update this policy without delay.

7. Transfers abroad

To answer enquiries, personal information is processed and stored abroad as follows (Article 28-8(1)(3) of the Act).

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can email us at info@puture.co.kr instead of using the enquiry window; it is then not passed to the provider above.

8. Safeguards

We keep personal information safe as follows.

  1. Administrative: only the representative can access personal information
  2. Technical: encrypted transmission (HTTPS), controlled database access, IP addresses kept only as one-way hashes
  3. Physical: data is kept in the providers’ secured data centres

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use cookies. The language you choose is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.

Cloudflare may process connection records to run and protect the website. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals; it collects only figures such as page views.

10. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may at any time ask us to let you see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop processing it.

Write to info@puture.co.kr; we will act without delay (within 10 days).

You may also exercise these rights through a legal representative or someone you authorise.

13. Changes to this policy
